International co-operation to protect and assist refugees

A report on international co-operation to protect and assist refugees was commissioned by the World Bank in connection with the preparation of the World Development Report, 1997. Funded by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the report was entitled "States and Refugees", and was prepared jointly with the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, Washington D.C..
