Synthesis Study of International Experiences with Support to Legislatures

This project summarises and synthesises the experiences donors have had to date with support to parliaments, and arrives at a number of lessons learned. It is designed as a desk study and is therefore primarily based on available reports and other material. In addition, however, a small survey was conducted with donors as respondents to collect factual information regarding the type and volume of such support. In-depth qualitative interviews were also be undertaken with representatives of key donors.
