Research grant from the United States Institute of Peace. The article is focusing on structures of co-operation and evasion in the international refugee regime. The results included an article published in the Journal of Refugee Studies, and participation in two international conferences, one organised by the University of Essex, and one jointly by the UNHCR and the International Institute for Strategi Studies in London.
