The Dutch quality improvement grant to the World Food Programme (WFP)

The analysis in this project was built in part on the comprehensive evaluation of the WFP conducted in 1993 under the auspices of CMI. A special fund is available for activities to improve the performance of WFP, notably in its development programmes. The report includes an evaluation of past uses of the fund and of potensial contributions to quality improvement from continued special funding.
