Review of DIHR partnership programmes

This is a thematic review of the partnership programmes of the Danish Institute for Human Rights (DIHR) commissioned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs/Danida in Denmark.
DIHR has an international departnment which has been partnering with a range of institutions since the early 1990s. These may be state agencies, civil society organisations, NGOs. universities, semi-public bodies etc. The commission is to look at methodologies of partnerships, i.e. how the Dainsh Institute for Human Rights works with their partners.
Two field missions to Malawi and Cambodia are parts of the commission as well as a 2-3 day workshop in Copenhagen. The commission has been undertaken with John Hailey as team leader and Birgitte Jensen as team member.
