Humanitarian assistance and conflict
Timeframe: Jan 1996 -
A project to study the nature and consequences of humanitarian assistance in Africa with particular emphasis on building local capacity. Project involves thematic and geographic case studies, and conferences in the region. In co-operation with the University of Western Cape, Moi University and the Centre for Foreign Relations in Dar es Salaam.
