End-review Norwegian Embassy Support to the Blue Diamond Society, Nepal

This report presents the findings, conclusion and recommendations of an end-review of the second phase (2015-2018) of the Norwegian Embassy support to Blue Diamond Society (BDS) in Nepal. BDS is an interest organisation for the LBGTI community. The purpose of the current Embassy support is to (1) Strengthen the institutional capacity of BDS; (2) Identify and respond to human rights issues; and (3) To carry out media advocacy to influence law/policy/decision makers, law re-enforcement bodies and other stakeholders. The end-review is part of the process leading up to the Embassy's decision regarding future support.
