This report commissioned by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs provides a review of the Norwegian 2012-2015 core support to the Aga Khan Trust for Culture (AKTC). Funding was allocated to AKTC’s historic cities programme and music initiative in selected Asian countries. Most funding was disbursed to projects in India, Afghanistan, Malaysia and Tajikistan.
