Nora’s Cloth is an Ibsen Scholarship awarded art installation project. Through videos, mock street-fashion, self portraits, and silk-screen prints an identity is expressed. Issraa El-Kogali is a Sudanese artist and film maker.
Opening with refreshments: Monday Oct. 21 at 14.00.
The exhibition will be installed at the Resource centre and can be viewed between 9:00 and 15.00 until Friday.
Issra El-Kogali's photography has been exhibited in London, Washington DC, New York City. Her first film "In Search of Hip Hop", was featured in festivals in Brazil, Nigeria, Sudan, Germany and the UK. El-Kogali is currently a guest student at the Royal Institute of Art in Stockholm,
