    This project will be developed jointly by CPD and CMI and establish a monitoring system on programme and sub-programme level to assist the management and research staff in the daily running of the overall programme and its research components. This M&E system will also form the basis for reporting to the RNE. M&E project indicators will be established as part of the process.
