This project wiill conduct a follow-up survey of the same clients in 2013, three years after the initial survey. The data will help track changes in living conditions over recent years, which will help shed light on claims that conditions may have improved or deteriorated. The panel data will allows us to estimate more reliably the determinants of entrepreneurial success among poor micro-credit clients of Luanda.
