Institutional Cooperation between Public Institutions in Norway and the South

The study examines experiences with institutional cooperation between public and semi-public institions in Norway and the South. It is based on information and data from surveys of the Norwegian institutions and their partner institutions in the South and case studies from institutional development projects in Namibia, Mozambique and Tanzania in the oil, fish and research sectors. The study forms part of a larger evaluation called "Development through Institutions?" and is published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs entitled "Twinning for Development. Institutional Cooperation between Public Institutions in Norway and the South".
