Economic policy issues in Sri Lanka
Timeframe: Jan 2000 - Dec 2004
Funder: NORAD
In January CMI produced a brief report on aid and economic policy issues in Sri Lanka, commissioned by NORAD. The report is part of the agreement to improve the knowledge base and increase the capacity in NORAD to analyse economic and other macro trends in partner countries. This year's report focused on employment and decentralised development, and on the economics of conflict and post-conflict reconstruction in Sri Lanka. The report was prepared by Arve Ofstad.
