East African Community and Norway

The potential for collaboration between the revived East African Community and Norway is explored in a recently completed report to NORAD. The report makes a series of recommendations as to possible entry points, including support for a consultancy fund, the Lake Victoria Initiative and a conflict prevention and management facility.
