Organisational performance reviews of Norwegian Church Aid and the Norwegian Refugee Council

These organisational performance reviews of Norwegian Church Aid (NCA) and the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) were commissioned by Norad and the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA). Both reviews have been participatory exercises, facilitated by the Chr. Michelsen Institute (CMI) with team members from Norad, the MFA, with independent consultants and the organisations under review.
The main objective of the review has been to assess NCA's and NRC's ability to achieve effective aid given its available financial, human and professional resources and work methods.
