This presentation focuses on entertainment from women's perspective and in relation to the well-known wartime drive towards the emancipation in the Yugoslav territories. Its goal is to connect my research on fun and entertainment during the Peoples's Liberation Struggle (1941-1945) with the established way of writing about women's wartime contributions, especially their political activism, and to point out complementary points as well as the way in which it expands existing literature.
