    The project will assist Norad in further development and implementation of its Governance and Public finance portfolio as well as the support to economic governance in selected countries (Malawi, Mozambique, Somalia and Tanzania). This includes baseline studies and political economy analysis, annual portfolio reviews of results and learning, technical advice regarding portfolio strategy, selection of types of partners and interventions, policy and sector analysis, and literature and knowledge reviews.
